Annabelle and Kitty are two of the thirteen horses rescued by Columbia County Animal Control on October 24, 2025. When they arrived, none of the horses were halter-broke—but thanks to your incredible support, our team of dedicated trainers and volunteers has been hard at work helping them learn the ropes.
We’re thrilled to share that many of these rescued horses are showing wonderful progress and gentle, willing temperaments. Two horses who arrived in the most fragile condition are taking a little longer to gain strength and confidence, but with time, care, and patience, we believe they’ll continue to heal and thrive.
Your generosity makes these transformations possible.
Thank you for helping us give these horses a second chance—and for being part of their journey this holiday season.
