Supporting Elderly in Goma
Context and Justification:
In Goma, Democratic Republic of Congo, many elderly people live in extreme poverty and isolation. Numerous seniors are abandoned by their families and marginalized by society. They face severe loneliness, malnutrition, untreated illnesses, and some are even accused of witchcraft. Daily survival is uncertain, and their dignity is often compromised.
