Dear Donors,
Last month, we received letters from children in Quang Tri. Each letter has only a few words, next to it are a few hand-drawn pictures and even the shape of the letter is very strange. We asked the person in charge and she said it was a picture of a milk box, some children were too young to write so they just drew it. The children send their thanks to benefactors and wishes for good health, express your joy when drinking milk. Quoting some content from the letter:
“Thank you for giving us delicious milk. It’s helping us study well and be healthy. I wish you good health. I would like to thank you very much” – From X-Grade 5
“Thank you for giving us delicious milk. Milk help us be smart and have the strength to learn” – From D-Grade 6
“Thank you for giving us delicious milk and helping us be strong and study well, wishing you good health & happiness” – From T – Grade 3
“Wishing you good health, the milk is delicious” – From P.N – Grade 1
“I love you so much, I really like milk” – From P.Nh – Grade 2
For the Lotus Foundation and the shelters, the children not only receive a box of milk but also everyone's love for the children.
In the past period, we delivered an additional 1,440 boxes of fresh milk (180ml/box) and 20 cans of formula milk to 2 shelters from the support give by benefactors through GlobalGiving. We hope that next Christmas and New Year, the children will continue to receive support from benefactors.
Thank you for being a part of our project!
Best Regards,
Henh Nguyen
