Dear Supporters,
This project never seems important until it is needed and even pre-covid we found we we're responding to a global disaster every year, this year is no different as we face rising costs in Ukraine to fight a war, we have lost homes due to fires across Europe recently and now snow, floods and winds in Africa are tearing down homes and businesses.
All this in the middle of a financial crisis can often feel like a loosing battle but each day we pick ourselves up and work with those in the most urgent need, responding to evacuation, emergency medical care and then we stay with them to rebuild their homes.
Over the passed 3 months we have used your donations to fund 4 schools re-open post covid across central America, we have funded the emergency fixing post floods to our dog rescue centre and one school in South Africa and we have responded to emergency support for fires in Europe.
Every day there is more to do and with so many people giving us regular donations to this project it allows us to ready to support communities when disaster hits and they most need it.
