Dear Friend,
Thank you very much for your support to our project providing goats for poor farming families. Goats remain to be a good resource for poor farmers because they feed mostly on forage grasses and there is no need to purchase expensive feeds for them. Goats also command a high price in the market and the demand is always high. There is always a lack of goats for sale in the market. This reporting period we provided assistance to goat raisers on goat feeding and management. We also continue to disperse kids for farmers to raise. Our agreement is for them to pay 2 kids for every kid that we dispersed to them. We continue to provide technical support especially to new goat raisers whose knowledge is still low. We have dispersed 15 kids during this period and we hope to increase in the coming months. Again thank you very much.
