Dear Friends,
Greetings and thank you very much for your generous support to our project providing goats for poor farming families. We are indeed very happy to inform you that we are also providing farmers with seeds of highly nutritious grasses and farm equipment so that the farmers will be able to raise grasses to feed their animals. This is important because goats are ruminant and need grasses with high protein content in order to grow well. In some areas there is also the lack of grasses which is a cause of quarrel by goat raisers as the goats have the tendency to eat the plants of neighbors. This reporting period, we provided 20 farmers with 15 packets of different type of forage seeds with high protein content. Aside from the seeds we also provide them with iron farm implement so that they can easily plant the seeds.
