Greetings all,

We're happy to report that the Beeworks team has been busy at work out in the field.  We've had several visits with the Guapiruvu community to help children explore their environment and to bring residents of Guapiruvu to the nearby city of Cananéia to talk with experts on native beekeeping and observe basic beehive maintenance.  In the next few months, we are going to be working on acquiring beehives, complete with bees, to bring to families at Guapiruvu.  These are stingless native bees, so they require different care than typical stinging European bees.  We'll continue working on putting together a sound educational program to assist with developing local beekeeping skills over the next few months as well.

With gratitude,

Lev
