Dear Donors and Friends,
Since our last update, our volunteers have truly had their hands full — and hearts wide open. The past months have been a time of dedication, learning, and meaningful encounters that show how much good can be achieved when compassion meets commitment.
We’re proud to share that several of our volunteers have been awarded scholarships in recognition of their incredible service and personal growth. These young changemakers have not only given their time and energy to helping others but are now also investing in their own development. One of the scholarship recipients has even decided to use her funds to pursue university studies focused on NGOs and social engagement — a beautiful example of how volunteering can shape both communities and future careers.
Meanwhile, our volunteers continue to carry out one of the most important parts of our mission — visiting seniors in their homes. With warmth, patience, and empathy, they bring not just company but real, practical help. They assist in qualifying seniors for our Foundation’s support programs, ensuring that those who need help most receive it quickly and with dignity.
Recently, to celebrate Senior Citizens’ Day, our volunteers also visited seniors with flowers — bringing color, fragrance, and joy to their homes. Those small gestures of kindness meant a lot: the flowers brightened rooms, but even more importantly, they brightened hearts.
Every day, our volunteers show that kindness is an action, not just an idea. They deliver meals, help organize activities at Przystanek Klementyny, and stand ready wherever an extra hand or smile is needed.
It’s this spirit of everyday generosity that makes our community stronger — and it’s your support that makes it all possible. Thank you for believing in our volunteers, for cheering them on, and for helping us continue to build a world where helping others is simply a way of life.
With gratitude and admiration,
The Klementyna Foundation Team
