Since our last chat, the Bee Boys were just breaking ground on their newest venture, educational eco-tourism of their beehive project. In January, ATC and the Bee Boys hosted a GreenEmpowerment student group from the University of Idaho, doing some permaculture earthworks on the land to hold water and reduce erosion.
On their visit, they realized how important social networking was to their project, both for sales and marketing and for educational outreach promoting beekeeping for environmental protection. So now, the Bee Boys have gotten active on Facebook, maintaining relationships with visitors back in the US and keeping clients updated when new harvests are on the market. In fact, there's a new batch out right now!
Getting the Bee Boys off the ground wouldn´t have been possible without you, our GlobalGiving donors. Thank you for sponsoring permaculture education, marketing support and the protective beekeeping coveralls that enable the Bee Boys to share their project and recieve assistance on their land from volunteers like you!
Help keep the Bee Boys growing with carpentry and permaculture trainings in 2016! Please sign up for a $25 recurring donation to provide this budding sustainable business with monthly permaculture check-ins and plants to increase production of honey and sustainable crops on their land.
