Emfasis Foundation Project team has:
- held a number of meetings with the respective ministry authorities in order to obtain the necessary permits for access to the hotspots and other children safe areas, such as off campus schools and creative activities
- conducted 5 site inspections in order to assess safety and peak hours for best outcomes in terms of participation
- created an information leaflet in Arabic in order to showcase in simple children language the principles of the projects, how to participate etc
- identified the Chief Photographer/Streetworker who has started his employment under the project as of October 1st
- Disseminated the news within its volunteers and identified children specialized street workers to assist. As a result, we held 5 training sessions to all participating volunteers
- Senior Children Psychologists have created the confidential assessment for each child/young participant for its individual psychological evaluation
- Approached the only Greek manufacturer and supplier of Greek photo cameras, laptops and cameras, PLAISIO, and has requested from its CSR department to consider subsidizing a number of such tools and offering the rest to Emfasis Foundation at cost price
- Included the Mobile Support Unit in the training sessions, in order to be able to move safely the equipment of the project
