Healthy food for 300 visually challenged children

Indian Association for the Blind (lAB) Madurai based NGO from South India, working at the grassroots level for the education, employment and rehabilitation of people with visually challenged. It was founded in 1985 by visually challenged activist Late Mr. S.M.A.Jinnah and a group of like-minded visually challenged people to provide comprehensive education, employment and rehabilitation opportunities for socio-economically disempowered visually challenged children and adults with a special focus on those from the rural background.

Good health is an important part of the good vision. The healthier you are, the better chance you have of avoiding risks to your eyes. Our visually impaired students also need enough protein and vitamins to lead a normal life. In the developing world, on the other hand, many people suffer from  Hunger, or under-nutrition, whereby they do not have enough food. Donating food means to uplift the student’s health and help improve their lives. Food plays a vital role in their education and physical status. It is a noble cause that earns us blessings and boons equal 100 good deeds.

You are not supporting them only for food, giving them hand for healthy and confident life. Food will give them balanced nutrition and vitamins to stay healthy. It is playing a major role in all part of their life.
