lndian Association for the Blind (lAB) based in Madurai, South India, is a renowned not-for-profit
organization working at the grassroots level for the education, employment and rehabilitation of people with visual challenges. It was established in 1985 by visually challenged activist Late Mr. S.M.A.Jinnah and a group of like-minded visually challenged people to provide comprehensive education, employment and rehabilitation opportunities for socio-economically disempowered visually challenged children and adults with a special focus on those from rural backgrounds.
We are glad to share with you the fact that this project has raised $519 and this is without doubt, due to the donations from the 14 donors. We extend our heartfelt thanks to each and everyone of them for being kind enough to spend a portion of their hard earned money for a noble cause such as ours. Each and every penny received through this project will help us take good care of the needs of our beneficiaries.
Using this raised amount, we will be able to give proper balanced and nutritious meals for our visually challenged beneficiaries. By way of this, they will be hale and healthy which will help them concentrate on their studies and increase their chances of achieving good results in their academics. We look forward to connecting with more donors through this cause.
