Healthy food for 300 visually challenged children

Indian Association for the Blind (lAB) based in Madurai, South India, is a renowned not-for-profit organization working at the grassroots level for the education, employment and rehabilitation of people with visual challenges. It was established in 1985 by visually challenged activist Late Mr. S.M.A.Jinnah and a group of like-minded visually challenged people to provide comprehensive education, employment and rehabilitation opportunities for socio-economically disempowered visually challenged children and adults with a special focus on those from rural background.

We are glad to share with you the fact that this project has raised $7473 and this is without a doubt, due to the donations from the generous donors of the global giving. “Helping Hands are better than Praying lips”. Thank you for being a part of nourishing our visually challenged students. Each and every penny received through this project will help us take good care of the needs of our beneficiaries. Using this raised amount, we will be able to give proper balanced and nutritious meals for our visually challenged beneficiaries.

Once again we extend our heartfelt gratitude for the generous support rendered by global giving and the philanthropists of global giving which makes it possible for our organization to exist and to make the community a great place to live in. We look forward to raising more for this cause.
