Dear YKIP Donors and Supporters,
It has been a while since our last report. Today, we would like to inform you about how our vocational scholarship program progressing,
Because of the generosity of our donors like you, YKIP is sponsoring nine students in the vocational scholarship program, and eight of them are girls in the new academic year 2022-2023. Four of them get their one-year training in tourism, while another four study administration.
Komang and Desi are two students who studying food production. Srinu choose to study front office, and another student, Murdi, choose food and beverage service as a subject that she would have a deeper understanding of. All of them studied in vocational high school majoring at tourism prior to their training under the Vocational Scholarship Program run by YKIP.
Tia and Puspita are two students who study Accounting and Taxation in, they come from Karangasem Regency in East Bali. Another student who comes from Karangasem, Sintya, gets training in Business Administration. The three students go to the same campus in Karangasem. Puspa studies Business Administration in Denpasar.
Students from the Previous Academic Year
The students who started their studies in 2021 have finished their studies and passed their final exam in September. They will graduate this month and get their diploma. All students who got their training in tourism already recruited by the hotel where they got their training as daily workers.
We are happy to see the students already used their skills to have a job and get income to support their families. all this happens because of the generosity of our donors.
