Dear Friends,
It is an honor that we could e-meet you through this project report.
As the new academic starts, we are happy to inform you that the new vocational scholarship recipients have also started their academic journey for another year. YKIP is sponsoring 14 students this year, with 9 of them being girls.
Six of the girls decided to get their training in the tourism-related field. Karni, Dasning, and Tasya decided to obtain skills in food and beverage services. Windi and Sintya decided to upgrade their knowledge and skills in the front office department. last but not least, we have Triya, who aspired to be a spa therapist.
Three other girls decided to take the training in business and administration. Era, decided to study further in Business, while Indraswari from Denpasar wants to deepen her knowledge in the Digital Business. Another student, Rina from Pengotan Village, decides to follow in her older sister's footsteps to work in a hospital. She will have her education in the Hospital Administration field.
The girls who study in the tourism field have already started their studies in the first week of July by attending the campus orientation. Their first lesson will be in the third week of July. Meanwhile, Rina, Era, and Indraswari will attend the campus orientation in the fourth week of August.
Before the students start their education at campus, YKIP held an induction session to inform them about their rights and responsibilities as the recipients of the scholarship. They also learn about personal financial planning. The induction took place in Mitrais Office on June 6, 2025. Read more about our vocational program and activities before the students studying at campus here.
Students from 2024-2025 Academic Year
While the new students are preparing for their study, older students who started their study last year are preparing for their graduation. After finishing their study at campus and the job training in the hotel industry, 13 students will graduate in September, and 8 of them are girls!
Two students who study administration, Sadwika and Desy will graduate in November.
Thank you so much for your kind support of YKIP and the students in the vocational scholarship program. With your kind support, we could continue supporting the students to gain practical skill through one year of training in the vocational scholarship program.
Have a great day,
YKIP Team
