Dear friends,

We are delighted to e-meet you again on this project report.

You might remember from our previous report that in 2025, YKIP sponsored 14 students on our Vocational Scholarship Program, with 9 of them being female. From the nine girls, six of them are taking their training in the hospitality sector, while the remaining three continue their education in administration.

The students who got their training in the tourism sector already taken their job training in the industry. For those who are in the food and beverage services, they got their job training in a hotel or a restaurant. Those who aspire to be a front liner are also get their training in the hotel. One student, Triya, got her training at a prestigious spa in Ubud.

Era, who studies Business Administration at our campus partner in Denpasar, became her campus ambassador. She joined the "Putra-Putri Kampus Alfa Prima" competition and got first place after a rigorous process. She competed with 5 other pairs, representing the majors on campus. With her hard work and determination, she successfully got the title.

"Participating in this Campus Ambassador competition was a very interesting experience for me. It was a three-month process starting from November 2025 to late January 2026. I learn so many things from the events. We joined a training on proper etiquette. There are small gestures, such as the way I sit, stand, and talk,  that I never realised bring a very big impact to my performances. As I was crowned an ambassador of my campus, the journey is not finish there, but instead, it is a door to a bigger journey. I will try my best to be a good ambassador who can bring a good impact to my campus and community in general." Era explained her journey of becoming the campus ambassador.  We attached her picture after elected as the ambassador.

Era will serve for a year until January 2027. YKIP is proud of her and wishes her the best for her journey. We would also like to thank all the donors who support us in continuing this scholarship.

We also have another story of a graduate of this vocational program who got her dream job and is slowly building her own business. Please see her story here.

Again, we would like to thank you for all your support for our Vocational Scholarship Program. Your support is not only allowing them to continue the education for another year, but it is also opening a door for a wider perspective, a greater journey, more experiences, and a step closer for a better life.

Have a great day!

YKIP team.
