ENGLISH

Fundación Música para la Vida A.C. (MUVI) continues to work so that children and youth in San Luis Potosí have safe spaces and the tools they need for their musical education. Our project to support 164 young musicians, focused on repairing and acquiring instrument cases, is showing tangible results.

During this period, we achieved an important milestone: we secured two additional viola cases, allowing two girls to safely protect their instruments. While this may seem like a small step, it represents a direct impact on their ability to continue learning, rehearsing, and performing with confidence. A proper case not only safeguards the instrument but also ensures continuity in their musical journey and peace of mind for their families.

The project remains committed to providing durable and functional cases for all 164 children and youth who are part of our community orchestras. Each repaired or newly acquired case is a step toward equity—ensuring that every participant has the same opportunity to grow through music, regardless of material limitations.

We are deeply grateful to GlobalGiving and to every supporter who believes in our mission. Thanks to you, we continue to build an environment where music becomes protection, hope, and a pathway to a brighter future for the children and youth of San Luis Potosí.
