Help a Malnourished Child with Whisper's Hospital

Dear our amazing,  loving and dedicated Whisper friends and family,

Over the years, Whisper Hospital has cared for many children affected by malnutrition and related illnesses. As the needs of our community have changed, our approach has also evolved from a dedicated nutrition programme toward broader prevention, early identification, nutrition counselling and accessible medical care for vulnerable children.

Our experienced nutritionist, who has worked with Whisper Hospital for more than 10 years, continues to provide nutritional assessment, counselling and guidance to children and families who need support. Children presenting with poor growth, feeding difficulties or illnesses associated with inadequate nutrition can therefore receive appropriate advice alongside their medical treatment.

At the same time, Whisper Hospital continues working to keep essential healthcare accessible to families who would otherwise struggle to afford it. This includes affordable paediatric consultations and treatment, preventive care and charitable services such as our free sickle cell clinic.

For many vulnerable children, malnutrition cannot be separated from illness, poverty and limited access to healthcare. By keeping medical services affordable and identifying nutritional concerns during routine care, we continue supporting children at risk before their condition becomes severe.
