Indian Association for the Blind (IAB) Madurai-based NGO from South India, working at the grassroots level for the education, employment and rehabilitation of people with visually challenged. It was founded in 1985 by visually challenged activist Late Mr. S.M.A.Jinnah and a group of like-minded visually challenged people to provide comprehensive education, employment and rehabilitation opportunities for socio-economically disempowered visually challenged children and adults with a special focus on those from the rural background.
