When Indie’s parents were told their unborn baby had a serious heart condition, their world turned upside down. Diagnosed with a heart condition called TAPVC antenatally, they were overwhelmed with fear and uncertainty. But thanks to early detection and the support from Tiny Tickers, they were able to prepare for what lay ahead. None of that would have been possible without you.
Indie was born just before Christmas and underwent open heart surgery at only four hours old. Her journey hasn’t been easy - she’s faced multiple surgeries and setbacks - but she’s doing so well now. Her parents, Amanda and Jack, say the resources and support from Tiny Tickers helped them feel informed, empowered and never alone.

Today, Indie is thriving and her story shows how your support makes such a difference.
Your support helps us reach more families, train more health professionals and ensure more babies like Indie get the care they need.
Amanda says, “We’re so grateful for Tiny Tickers, I can’t imagine how different our journey would have been without the amazing resources we have used from them, and the knowledge and preparation we were able to give ourselves. There are no words to describe how incredibly proud we are of Indie, what an amazingly brave girl she is. She has completed our little family and watching her smile with her amazing big brother is something we will never take for granted.”
