The trade School was closed for school holiday throughput the month of August. It has been a long month in our country because of elections and there have been no activities at the school. However Students have been busy preparing for exams which are to come in two months time and others have been preparing for job attachments. Next semester that is starting in September will be our recruitment for new students.
We have seen a big difference in the lives of our previous students and in the community in general Most of the youth are willing to go back to study since they have seen the change in their friends' lives most of the have been motivated and have seen the impotence of having skills. This is because some of the previous students have started working in some trade schools and others are continuing with their studies. Everything in their lives has changed, how they present themselves, how they dress and above all their behavior. This isalso bringing peace in the community since most of the youths have become hopeless due to their backgrounds, dropping out of school due to lack of school fees, loosing parents and other things that have affected their future
Through Global Giving you have reinstated the lives of more than 50 youths in this community and YOU have motivated more youths, their eyes are now open Through your efforts and support towards their tuition and welfare, building of classes and workshops, YOU have brought light where there was darkness As we are recruiting new students this semester consider sharing with friends the wonderful work you are doing in the lives of the orphaned and needy. Touching a life is like a tattoo, you can't just erase it! Give your families, youths and friends an opportunity to make a difference!
