Anna is 5 years old. Originally from Ukraine, she had to be taken to Germany for treatment after she had a relapse of cancer. Anna has been fighting cancer for half of her life - and now she and her parents can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. She is starting maintenance therapy that is designed to increase her chances of sustained remission. For the next six months, Anna will receive injections of antibodies. The therapy often results in pain and other side effects, and Anna needs to remain in Germany while she is being treated. Anna's mom is looking after her siblings in Ukraine, while her dad is taking care of her in Germany. The money for Anna's treatment has been raised, but she and her dad still need help with lodging expenses.
