Dearfriend and donor,
We are pleased to share with you an update on Luciana health status. Some time ago, we shared Luciana story, as she had been diagnosed with congenital cataracts and a detached retina. At that time, we also informed you about the need to conduct various tests and consultations to rule out Marfan syndrome. Today, we reach out to share important developments in her diagnosis and treatment.
After several medical consultations and specialized studies, it has been confirmed that Luciana has Marfan syndrome, a genetic condition that affects the connective tissue in her body. This diagnosis has allowed us to focus her treatment more precisely and begin more detailed medical monitoring.
Currently, Luciana continues to receive support and specialized medical care in several key areas for her health, including:
Thanks to your valuable contribution, Luciana has been able to access these high-quality medical services, which are essential for her well-being and future.
Despite the significant progress made, Luciana’s treatment journey is still long and requires ongoing monitoring. Consultations, tests, and specialized treatments will continue to be essential to improve her quality of life and manage the effects of Marfan syndrome.
Your support remains crucial. Thanks to the donations we have received so far, we have been able to provide Luciana with access to the medical care she so urgently needs. However, in order to continue her treatment and ensure she receives the care she requires, we still depend on the generosity of people like you.
That’s why we are asking for your help once again. Every donation, big or small, makes a significant difference in Luciana life. With your support, we can continue providing her with access to the consultations, tests, treatments, and medications that are vital to her health.
We are deeply grateful for your generosity and the impact you have had on Luciana life. Thanks to you, she has a real chance at a healthier and more hopeful future.
Thank you for being part of this important journey.
