Sebastian is 14 years old; he lives with his grandmother, both parents, five sisters and a brother. His family is grateful that Sebastian is attending rehabilitation sessions because he is a child who must be active all the time. He loves sports, attends swimming classes, skating and likes to ride bicycle with his father. Sebastian is well behave at home; he is not aggressive and is very friendly.
Sebastian started rehabilitation sessions and assists twice a week. In cognitive area, he has achieved appropriate copy writing, identifies consonants, classifies in groups associated elements, and discriminates silhouettes associating with the corresponding image.
In the area of physiatry achievements have been very satisfactory, Sebastian has good motor skills like dancing, flexibility, balance and coordination.
In the area of audiology he is able to identify, repeat and associate objects with images of different categories such as fruits, animals, means of transport, sports, body parts, everyday objects.
