Combat child labor and human trafficking remains challenge in Namibia

By Johannes Shikuloh | Project Leader

The fight against child labor and human trafficking demands collective action. But in Namibia the model for putting strategies in place is a questionable one.
We are continuing to roll out policies to collaborate with government agencies, law enforcement, non-profit organizations, local businesses, and concerned individuals to strengthen our collective impact. Through public awareness campaigns, seminars, workshops, and community events, we aim to mobilize support for anti-child labor and anti-trafficking initiatives and advocate for stronger legislative measures to hold traffickers accountable. Recently we have collaborated with Refunite Ghana,  a non-profit organization working to unite and connect people with their families in the word.
In the mean course, we are trying to search some families who are allegedly staying at Oshire refugee camp in Namibia who are ordinary from Malawi.
Our mission is to combat human trafficking and make sure that those became target have been reunited with their families.
