Teaching children social skills

 Dear Donors,

We continue to support school-aged children in remote communities in Armenia and like to share our progress with you from time to time. We value all work with the project's beneficiaries because they are of school age. Courses and training are regularly held in Yerevan, not only to educate children but also to provide them with social and emotional skills. Our organization's educators equip the beneficiaries with social skills as well as decision-making skills, etc. Part of our target group, who live in challenging conditions, sometimes isolated from their surroundings, miss educational opportunities, leading to psychological issues which prevent them from living a normal life. During our training, they have the opportunity to learn individually and as a team, and perform various interesting activities.

Recently, the children have had the opportunity to strengthen their knowledge, and participate in team work. During the course, they learned information they missed at school, as well as social skills. We present to you the story of Vahagn, who joined our program for the first time, and his message to all donors.

Hello, my name is Vahagn. I joined this program with great enthusiasm. Everything that happens during these seminars is interesting to me. I really enjoy interacting with my peers in this environment. We performed activities where we had to show our persistence, courage, friendliness, etc. I hope that this program will continue and we will have the opportunity to meet again.

Dear Donors,

We would like your active participation in July Bonus Day. It is a good opportunity for us all. Please make your donation on the day and continue to support this program.
