We are so happy to see Junior and his siblings completing last school year and for making a successful pass to their next class. Seeing these kids smiling is something that we’re forever grateful for. Tina had done extremely well in her class. According to her teacher; Tina is a very intelligent and determine student. She takes advantage of every opportunity. When the VAAFD media team had a talk with Tina concerning her performance at her school, she said; “I promise myself to make VAAFD and my supporters proud and to make them know how thankful I’m to have their support in my life”.

Junior and his sibling were so excited to participate in their school African Costume. He said it was a joyful time displaying his culture at the St. Martin's Catholic High School in Bong County. He was given the opportunity to talk about his culture, such as (food, language, cloth, dance etc.) and he  also learned a lot of things concerning other cultures.Junior and his siblings refer to VAAFD and their donors as their " Joy Givers".
