Help, Feed & Save 100 Neglected Animals in Uganda

Neglect does not always begin with cruelty. Sometimes it begins when a household simply does not have enough resources to meet all its needs.
When families struggle financially, providing sufficient food, veterinary care, shelter, and other necessities for animals can become extremely difficult. Without support, animals may gradually become underfed, sick, injured, or abandoned.
Good Cause Foundation Uganda wants to help change that reality.
Through Help, Feed & Save 100 Neglected Animals, we are building a community-based response that connects vulnerable animals with the care they need while helping owners find better ways to protect their animals.
Our work will focus on practical interventions: identifying animals at risk, providing appropriate food and clean water, connecting animals with veterinary care, supporting rescue or temporary safe care where necessary, and following up on cases.
We will also promote responsible animal ownership so that communities can recognize welfare problems early and take action before animals experience severe suffering.
Our  fundraising goal will help us work toward reaching 100 neglected animals across Eastern Uganda.
The transformation we want to see is simple:
