As part of our ongoing support for Ukrainian refugees, our team visited the Refugee Placement Center in Criuleni during the Christmas period.
During the visit, we brought Christmas gifts and sweets for the children, aiming to create a warm and joyful atmosphere during a very difficult time in their lives. We spent time talking with the children, listening to them, and offering emotional support, which was deeply appreciated by both the children and the staff.
At this center, we have established and equipped a study classroom with laptops, which allows refugee children to continue their education online, following the Ukrainian school curriculum. This learning space provides stability, routine, and a sense of normalcy, helping children stay connected to their studies despite displacement.
This activity contributed not only to meeting immediate emotional needs during the holiday season, but also to supporting long-term educational continuity for refugee children. We are grateful to GlobalGiving for making this support possible and for standing with us in helping vulnerable children regain hope and confidence in their future.
