On December 11, 2024, we acquired a new piece of equipment for the neonatal department of Talgar Central Regional Hospital – a CPAP machine. Since its installation, the machine has been operating continuously, saving the lives of premature babies. In addition, we donated 13 knitted sets with toys specifically designed for premature infants to the maternity hospital.
The CPAP machine, as noted by doctors and nurses, has significantly improved the quality of care for infants. Its use has allowed for a reduction in the time babies spend in the intensive care unit, accelerating their recovery and positively impacting their overall health.
The additional knitted sets with toys have brought extra warmth and comfort to the smallest patients. The medical staff highly appreciated their influence on creating a cozy and supportive atmosphere for the babies, which is an important aspect of their recovery process.
Our plans include continuing the program to support premature babies. In the future, our organization intends to expand the initiative by providing more medical devices and resources to improve the conditions for the babies' stay.
