Dear Donors,
Thank you for your interest in supporting smallholder farmers across rural Nigeria. Your concern highlights the urgent need to strengthen food production and protect vulnerable farming households.
Many farmers still depend on weak or outdated seed varieties that cannot withstand pests, drought, or flooding. Poor harvests leave families facing food shortages and unstable income throughout the year. Rising agricultural input costs make improved seeds unaffordable for many. This project will distribute high-performing, drought-resistant, and pest-tolerant seeds to smallholder farmers in selected states. Training sessions will guide farmers on soil preparation, planting techniques, and proper seed storage. Access to stronger seed varieties will increase yields, improve food availability, and support household income. Farmers will also be connected to local markets to sell surplus produce and strengthen their livelihoods.
At this time, no donations have been received, and funds are required before seed distribution and training can begin. We kindly invite you to support or share this initiative so farming families can secure better harvests.
With sincere appreciation,
Ugbede-Ojo Dominic Kadiri
