Dear Donor,
The war in Syria has left behind devastating consequences that cannot be ignored. Entire cities have been reduced to rubble, and homes that once sheltered families have become ruins unfit for living. Vital infrastructure—roads, schools, and healthcare facilities—has been severely damaged, making daily life even more difficult and forcing thousands to flee and live in camps that lack the most basic necessities of a dignified life.
Among those displaced was Mrs. Khadija, who was forced to flee her village of Talbiseh, in the heart of Homs, to live with her two children, Mohammad and Saad, in one of the informal camps near the town of Jarablus in northern Syria. For years, this family suffered through harsh winters and scorching summers, without safety or stability.
Thanks to your generous support, we were able to begin the restoration of Mrs. Khadija’s home in her original village. Today, Khadija stands before her house, which has been brought back to life. Your donations have turned it into a warm and safe shelter once again. Because of you, she and her children no longer have to live in a tent. They can return to their home and reclaim a piece of the dignity that war had taken away.
Your continued support means more families can return to their homes. More children can have a real bed to sleep in, and grow up in a safe environment. We need your help to finish what we started and continue rebuilding what the war has destroyed—home by home, life by life.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your generosity. We look forward to continuing this journey with you.
