Our educational projects are essential to transforming the future of young people in Morocco’s High Atlas Mountains. Right now, your donation is crucial to help us rebuild schools where they are needed most.
This week, the diggers moved in to Tansghart village where we are constructing a large primary school and pre-school for 250 children.
This is the first time Tansghart village will have a facility for early learning, helping to give younger children a strong foundation for future success and providing practical support to parents in work or training.
We have already completed construction of a modern primary school building in Imi Oughlad where it has been a delight to see how motivated the pupils are to learn each day. The school has become a heartbeat for the local community.
By equipping children, girls and boys, with the resources to develop a whole range of skills and learning experiences, this school becomes so much more than just a building.
Following the earthquake that struck parts of Morocco two years ago, this project brings hope for a safe, bright and healthy future for young learners in the High Atlas Mountains.
