Dear Friend,
As you may know, BDN Global strives to provide education and health services to the deprived communities in Afghanistan. Our projects largely focus on provision of education to disabled children, educating children working on the streets and promoting health services for women and children.
Having access to food, water, health, and education are the rights of all children and women.
During 2014, our support was extended to 400 disabled (blind and deaf) children who received training materials and stationary, lunch at school, school uniforms etc. Furthermore, health services and essential medicine was provided to more than 18,500 patients (28% of which were children below five years and 39% of which were women of reproductive age).
We were also able to come in aid to families affected from the deadly landslides of last spring in Badakhshan, by providing water filters to more than 100 families in three different villages across the area.
With your generous donations we would extend our support and assistance beyond these populations.
We invite you to become BDN Global member and in this way support us through donating only 2 CHF/USD per month (24 CHF/USD a year). Alternatively, you may choose to make a onetime donation to support the school or the health facility. We count on your generosity and commitment to provide your support to the most deprived children and women in Afghanistan. With the spirit for giving gifts this Season, we offer you the gift of gratitude for your trust in our endeavours.
Write to us at info@bdnglobal.org for more information on becoming a member or direct your donations to our address at: Banque Cantonale de Geneve, IBAN: CH20 0078 8000 0502 9273 3
Best Wishes for a Happy and Prosperous 2015!
