The future of our World is in their hands! Youth on who’s shoulders rest our hope and all reliance for our environment.
It is critically important to help them gain every insight possible to the wise management of today's world and that which is necessary to sustain a healthy future for themselves and their children and future generations.
The youth that are included in our outreach are significant to the World Natural Heritage Site, Isimangaliso Wetland Park, a haven of beauty and unique habitats some found nowhere else in the world!
The challenge is that the youth of the rapidly developing rural population surrounding this ecological haven, have often not even visited the Park or seen the unique lake and its fragile habitat! This must change! Our objective is to ensure that as many as possible of these children visit the lake during the course to gain an understanding of the importance of protecting the environmental wonderland, while at the same time learning about the area’s ecology, the secrets of the habitat, and why it belongs to each of them and yet, also to the World at large.
Please support their environmental education.
