The past season has been filled with milestones that celebrate the academic, personal, and spiritual growth of the girls, as well as the strengthening of our community.
Our summer started with our Teacher Evaluation Meeting To close the academic cycle, we held a meeting to evaluate the teachers for the 2024–2025 school year. This evaluation ensured the continued quality of education and reinforced our commitment to supporting both the students and the staff.
High School Graduations. Several of our young women proudly graduated from high school this season. This milestone marks not only their academic achievement but also their resilience and dedication. We are deeply proud of their perseverance and accomplishments.
Workshops and Skill Development. As you already know we offer them each cicle workshops in beauty, sewing, and design, offering the girls valuable opportunities to develop practical skills. These creative activities helped them gain confidence, explore career paths, and express their talents in new ways.
Parent Gathering. We hosted a special get-together with the parents, creating a warm and supportive space for families to share in the achievements of the girls. This gathering strengthened community ties and fostered open dialogue about the progress and future of their daughters.
Chapel Remodel Completed The remodeling of our chapel was successfully completed, creating a renewed and welcoming space for prayer, reflection, and community gatherings. The chapel now stands as a symbol of hope and renewal for the girls and their families.
Sacraments of Holy Communion and Babtism. A very special oment this season was the celebration of the sacraments of Holy Communion and Babtism for some of our girls. The ceremonies were filled with joy, reverence and hope marking an important step in their personal and spiritual journeys
Drama Courses and Theater Presentation. The girls participated in drama courses that encouraged teamwork, creativity, and self-expression. The program concluded with a final theater presentation, where the girls showcased their talent and dedication, celebrating their growth and confidence.
We are grateful for the ongoing support of our community, families, and donors who make these accomplishments possible. Together, we continue to build a strong foundation for the future of the girls at Casa Buen Pastor.
