By Romi Grossberg | Board of Directors
To our dear supporters and friends,
We are delighted to share with you that Tiny Toones is really starting to feel like it is getting it's groove back - metaphorically and literally. International school groups and other visitors are visiting again to hear about our centre and to join a hip hop dance class with the kids. Whilst it is not financially lucrative, it brings energy and joy in to the centre. And we love energy and joy.
We are also happy to anounce that we have a new board member who joined our team in July. Sophea Phea is a Cambodian-American deportee residing in the US. and founder of 1Love Cambodia. She is a long time friend of KK's and supporter of Tiny Toones and comes with tonnes of enthusiasm. With two board members currently residing in the US, we are now aiming for our 501c3 status.
We thank you whole heartedly for your ongoing support, we couldn't do what we do without you.
We welcome visitors with open arms, and an open dance floor. Here is a photo of a recent group of school students from Melbourne Australia enjoying a hip hop class with Tiny Toones, and we look forward to welcoming you too.
Best wishes from the Tiny Toones Family xxx
