From everyone in our team in Venezuela, we hope that each one of you are loved ones are staying safe amid these challenging circumstances we are living worldwide.
Until the first half of March, we were succesfully organizing spay & neuter campaigns in Venezuela with great success.
Unfortunately, then COVID-19 happened and we were forced to stop our activities. Just last week a broader scheme to reopen activities started to be tested in our country and we are now exploring ways in which we can continue with this important work while complying with local regulations and making sure to follow the highest sanitary standards.
In the meantime, we have been spaying certain cases depending on their urgency - prioritizing community animals, for example. We are doing so with very limited number of animals per day and following the highest sanitary standards. This is not the level of activity we are used to but we know that this too shall pass... and we will be able to operate a bit more normally at some point.
Please find below some pictures of our activities during these time.
Thank you and stay safe,
