Help Youth Stay in School and Grow Academically

Dear Donor, Good news:

Thanks to your generous contribution, we have achieved a significant impact during the last quarter of 2024 and the beginning of 2025.

Thanks to your support, we have been able to serve 158 students, providing a total of 52 direct interventions to support their academic management and the school transition process. In our 7 host schools, located in San Juan, Canóvanas, Juncos and Naguabo, we have attended to 1,392 service requests, supporting our students in various areas.

In addition, we have carried out 166 interventions aimed at teachers and the teaching community, thus strengthening the educational environment. 88% of our youth have received personalized attention through our psychosocial and academic services, and we are proud to report that we have achieved a 98% retention rate.

This means that our students remain engaged in their education uninterruptedly at our host schools. During this period, we also carried out 4 activities focused on the academic area, with a 100% satisfaction rating from the young attendees.

In addition, we actively participated in health fairs in our schools, and, thanks to our alliances, our students had the opportunity to participate in workshops to facilitate their school transition. Workshops such as “Poetry for the Heart” and “Routing our Authors”, carried out during this 5-month period in collaboration with the Puerto Rican Institute of Culture, were a resounding success.
