Every young person deserves the chance to dream about their future and have the tools to achieve it. Unfortunately, in communities where vulnerability and social pressures are high, staying in school becomes a daily challenge.

Thanks to your generous support, we have been working directly in 6 public high schools where dropout rates exceed the national average. In these classrooms, education is not just about textbooks—it is a lifeline.

Through our workshops and mentorship, over 450 students are now strengthening their protective factors. Together, we are addressing critical areas that shape their present and future:

• Dropout Prevention: Helping youth build resilience, stay engaged, and overcome personal and social barriers to complete their education.

• Pathways to the Future: Guiding students through a smooth transition toward higher education and meaningful employment opportunities.

• Violence Prevention: Fostering safe learning environments, healthy relationships, and peaceful conflict resolution skills.

The Human Impact: More Than Numbers

Behind these numbers are real stories of transformation. When a young person receives guidance, encouragement, and a safe space to grow, their vision of the world changes entirely. A student who once considered dropping out to face an uncertain future now speaks with confidence about entering university or pursuing a career.
