Since we last checked in, our 2024 holistic programming is off to a great start!
Here are a few of the many highlight:
Baby Visits!
Many of our artisans have children, and one of our favorite things to do is visit them in their homes and bring them love offering gift bags that provide both everyday supplies and fun surprises.
Financial Training
This year, we have partnered with a Kenyan bank to provide monthly financial trainings for our artisans. We are so grateful for the opportunity to not only provide dignified work and ethical wages for our artisans, but help equip them with the resources and knowledge they need to steward their finances and plan for their futures.
Vacation Bible Study
In April, we held our first VBS session of the year! From snack times, to daily activities, to interactive storytelling, to ending with a big field trip to the zoo... we had a blast with these kiddos!
