The Romania Animal Rescue Homeless Animals Hospital helps not only homeless animals, but the pets of impoverished people and local charities as well. Thanks to our collaboration with local charities in these 3 cities, homeless animals brought in for treatment to HAH are taken into foster care or shelter and then put up for adoption.
Homeless Animals Hospital has now treated over 500 animals, free of charge in the communities of Craiova, Bucharest and Tecuci, Romania. Our mobile and stationary spay/neuter clinics have spayed and neutered almost 27,000 animals, as well as treated animals in remote locations for skin disease, given them vaccinations against disease, fixed broken bones, and done amputations.
Many areas in Romania that have vets are not accessible to the citizens who live in villages. Our Peasant Village Campaign reaches these people and the animals they care for. With your ongoing support, we can work wonders!
