Puffi is one of the thousands of patients helped by Romania Animal Rescue's Homeless Animals Hospital program. We would like to share his story with you, our dear supporters:
Little Puffi was attacked by dogs and had a nasty throat injury. He already had two unsuccessful surgeries by a private vet in Romania but food was going into his lungs and coming out through the wound.
His desperate owners contacted Romania Animal Rescue for help. Puffi's little human has a congenital heart problem that needs surgery, and she was distraught at the thought of losing Puffi. The family could not afford any more treatments for Puffi and didn't know what else to do to help him. Thankfully a dear friend told them of our Homeless Animals Hospital program at the Center of Hope near Bucharest.
Luckily for Puffi and his family the highly skilled vets at Center of Hope have performed surgery and he's now on the road to recovery and reunited with his special human.
Your support allows us to do so much for so many, like Puffi. Thank you!
