Thanks to your generous support, we were able to reach an orphaned boy living in the village of Talleen in the northern countryside of Aleppo, where we provided a bundle of bread for him and his family, who are facing extremely difficult living conditions.
This young boy was forced to set aside part of his childhood and work in a local barbershop to support his mother and his younger sister, who is two years younger than him, after losing his father, who was the family’s sole provider. Despite his young age, he carries responsibilities far beyond his years and works hard every day to secure the basic needs of his family.
When we met him during the bread distribution, he told us about his hope of providing a dignified life for his mother and sister and ensuring that they never go hungry. The bread you provided brought genuine relief and comfort to the family amid the severe economic hardships faced by vulnerable families in the region.
Your support does more than provide food—it brings hope, dignity, and reassurance to families who have lost their breadwinners and are struggling to rebuild their lives.
