First of all thank you So much We are glad to share the Great news!! We're very proud to RSKS India have been Recognized as a ''Super Star, Effective Non Profit, Top Ranked'' & ''fully Vetted organization'' once again for the year 2019 by esteemed organization GlobalGiving !
My name is Chameli and I am 52 years old. I live in the Dhori Banna village of Badmer with my joint family. In my family I have 3 sons and 2 daughters. 2 years before there was a flood which came in the western part of Rajasthan and due to that many people lost their lives. My village was also destroyed in this flood. House, crops, animals and all things were gone with the flood. My hut was also destroyed in the flood and we were homeless. Me and my family didn’t had anything to eat or anywhere to live. There was no way to earn as our crops were destroyed.
At this time RSKS came to us like god and were a very big relief to us. In the first stage of relief they gave us blankets, mosquito net, canvas, ration. And because of all this my family was able to eat for 2 times a day. My family was wholly dependent on the agriculture but after the flood it was all destroyed so RSKS gave me two goat and from that goat I started earning by selling its milk.
After some time a cemented house was also given to me by RSKK INDIA. Now I have my own house and I have painted it. All the help provided by RSKS has made us better as compared to before. Now my family has roof to live. The goat which RSKS gave me has given me seven more goats and now I am selling their milk to earn and I from that money I spend it on house expenses and save the remaining amount in the bank. My family is too happy.
