October Project Update: Development Center in the News!

By Shoshana Grossman-Crist | Communications and Quality Control Coordinator

Recently, IMIFAP’s “I want to, I can” programs were featured in a national news report in Mexico! Check out the report (in Spanish) to learn more about the "I want to, I can” Development Center and to see footage of children taking part in the Center’s activities.

Using the Center’s “I want to, I can” philosophy, IMIFAP has implemented its life skills programs in public schools throughout Mexico. The news report applauds the results achieved by these school-based programs and features the Development Center in Hidalgo. In particular it highlights the center’s success working with children of migrants to improve their education, self esteem, development, and overall quality of life.

Our successes are being recognized! Please help us make the program even stronger by giving a recurring monthly donation to the children at the “I want to, I can” Development Center.
