The Growth Program were plan to recruit about 10 Teams to join us to help 10 rural area primary schools in 2022. In April, after several rounds of interviews and communication, Shining Star decided on a partnership with eight teams and planned to launch the Growth Summer Camp this summer and winter. For better way to achieve the program goals we carried out a series of training which not only for the teams but also for the volunteers who were recruited by them. We will share the knowledge of teenagers serve ethical and skills how to communicate with teenagers and positive discipline. All of us have the only goal is that we can provide good quality services and help the left-behind kids to improve resilience to face the difficulties in their life.
