We will have Summer Camps in four schools this summer vacation. Nearly 240 left-behind kids will be involved. In order to better lead left-behind children to learn the resilience lessons and build interest club, we recruited an additional 30 college volunteers to participate in our program. The volunteers come from universities in Guangdong Province. After resume and video interview, 30 college students were selected from a large number of applicants. On May 7th, we also held online and offline volunteer training with them. Help volunteers get to know each other better and bu team building, understand program theory, course content and requirements, learn how to use positive discipline in the classroom, and practice how to have a good resilience class. Looking forward to a new round of Summer Camp in July!
