Experience accumulated by practices and serve for practices
In order to further improve the project and the service effect. Since 2023, Shining Star has organized and arranged the upgrading of resilience curriculum and related course materials. In this upgrade, we organized experienced growth teachers who were the volunteers in the program to form a resilience curriculum team, and adjusted and improved every part of the lesson plan according to practical experience in each class. We also recorded cartoon videos and powerpoint presentations needed for the course to help children better understand complex concepts. In addition, we have carried out practical trial courses in two communities in Guangzhou to continuously improve the curriculum. In April 2024, after one year, we finally completed the upgrade of the resilience course! We will use the new curriculum content for the Growth Program in July this year to help more rural left-behind children improve their resilience level!
