I am recently back from a visit to Nepal where I saw for myself the difference that your donations make to rural schools in Nepal.
It is a little known fact that children who attend school regularly are much less vulnerable to being trafficked - so we focus on interventions that improve school attendance.
These include teacher training, toilets, taps, libraries, hygiene kits and educational bursaries. Below are a few photos from my travels that demonstrate the difference these interventions are making.
One school I visited thought that the attendance had nearly doubled since getting taps installed with clean, fresh water. In a hot country many children simply don't attend if there isn't any water when they get there.
Thank you for your donations that go a very long way to improving education in Nepal.
